Our vacuum hose has thick walls that can withstand high pressure, make tight bends without collapsing, and has an airtight fit. When sized correctly our vacuum hoses do not require clamps or zip ties, even when on the pressure side of a forced induction system. Vacuum hose should have an airtight fit on the nipple it connects. Never use silicone hose for fuel, oil, or any petroleum base products.

Note: Hose sizes are listed in inner diameters. We don't list a 1/2" size because the 15/32" (12mm) hose fits this size perfectly. For a really tight fit you can use 10mm hose on a 1/2" fitting. We normally suggest using hose one or two sizes smaller than the fitting to insure a very tight fit. Call if you have any questions about this. Our hose can stretch to fit really large fittings without splitting. For example our 10mm hose can be forced onto a 16mm fitting!

Cloth Covered

This cloth covered hose is designed for high pressure transmission of oil, gas, air, water, coolants, etc. where operating pressures do not exceed 300 psi. Oil and mildew resistant textile black braid. Temperature range: -40°F to +250°F (-40°C to +121°C). Great to replace factory hoses that are cracking. Use in places you cannot use silicone.

Fuel Injection Hose (hi pressure) 100 psi

Our fuel injection hose is designed to safely and efficiently handle the higher pressure, tempatures, and chemical problems inherent in today's hotter running, fuel injected engines. Can be used with oxygenated gas plus methanol and ethanol additives. Suitable for diesel and bio-diesel fuel. Abrasion-resistant outer cover resist temperature extremes of -30°F to +300°F (-34.5°C to +149°C) as well as oil, grease, ozone, and coolants. Meets SAE and CARB requirements. Working pressure of 100psi with burst strenght of 900psi. Use for fuel.

Fuel Hose (low pressure) 35 psi to 50 psi

Designed for use on all types of gasoline engines, except those with fuel injection...see fuel injection hose. Excellent resistance to oil, gasoline, greas, and weather. It is constructed with a neoprene cover and nitril tube for use with leaded and unleaded gasoline, gasohol, and diesel fuels, reinforced with a single ply of braided cored. Meet SAE requirements. Max working pressure 50 psi for ID sizes 1/4, 5/16, 3/8. Max working pressure 35 psi for 1/2", 5/8, and 3/4 inch h Not suitable for bio-diesel fuel.

We stock a large selection of silicone and other types of hose in various sizes. If we don't have a specific hose kit for your car, we can almost certainly provide replacement hoses from our supply. If you need hose by the foot contact us with your needs.

Returns

Refunds will be issued less a 15% restocking fee once item(s) are received. We do not refund shipping fees.

Silicone vacuum hoses and couplers have an 18 month guarantee against failure, but should last the life of your car.

All returns must be made within 30 days, and the item must be in a "New in Box" condition.

Cloth covered hose, fuel injection hose, and heater hose (less than 10 feet in length) are not returnable. It would be impossible for us to resale a piece that we cut to size for you.
